Since 1945, Intra-state conflict has been observed as the most violent and frequent than inter-state combat (SIPRI-UNESCO Handbook, 1998). Intra-state conflicts revealed to inherent traits of both international and social orders pressurize upon restructuring the conceptual framework and security and international peace and relations disrupted. Intra-state conflicts spell tensions and disagreements that exist in the internal realm of the state and most of them are a threat to the existence of the state. It becomes a serious threat to the social security of the state as well as to sustainability, culture, religions, custom, traditional pattern of language and national identity (Buzan, 1991).
